Skirtsday

Dear interweb,

today was pretty sunny as it was the last couple of days. And then more people seem to look cheerful and even happy. But there are always people who need or want a little more than they have at the moment. I guess I'm one of those persons.
Just yesterday I was walking outside in town, looking around and something caught my eye. Well, something that should have caught my eye, wasn't there...not really.
When it is Spring, or even early Autumn, I'd like to see girls in a different outfit then in the Summer or Winter. I like girls wearing skirts or even dresses! With patterns, flowers or nature-like colours!

Where I live, they even have a name for it: when the first real rays of sunshine start appearing in Spring & the ladies start wearing skirts more everyday, we have skirtday. And it is sorta the beginning of another season...maybe more of a game, because humans are not like other animals. And that my friend, is called the mating game!

I just like the more feminine side of woman when wearing dresses or skirts, call me oldfashioned (even though I'm still young) but you shouldn't always wear pants. It can be stylish, cool or even just plain comfortable...sometimes, you just need to mix it up!
